Glenaden Homes was a dream to work with. They were on-time and on-budget. They were very responsive and had daily and weekly updates with photos. Chad was at our place every day working and supervising the trades to make sure the renovation was kept on schedule. Glenaden worked seamlessly with our designer to make sure the renovation was exactly what we wanted! I would definitely recommend this company.
Glenaden Homes did a small renovation for us which they carried out while we were out of the country. We were provided with regular daily reports and pictures through the website Buildertrend which was excellent. We returned after the work was complete and the house was spotless. You would not have known that any work had been carried out. The quality of the work was spectacular and 100% in compliance with our drawings. The only punch list items were a small adjustment to some cabinet doors and an adjustment to the dryer vent. Both items were attended to within hours of us raising them. We could not provide a more glowing recommendation of Glenaden Homes.
Glenaden Homes completed a full renovation and extension of my home, including basement underpinning. They were reliable, stayed on schedule, and did an excellent job. We are so pleased with the way our home looks now!
