As the saying goes, the devil is in the details. Level walls. Upgraded waterproofing in showers. Outlet covers on straight. Flush mount grills. No paint drips. Professional clean before move-in. We also schedule a systems walk-through so you understand how your electrical, HVAC, plumbing and smarthome systems operate and need to be maintained. Sounds reasonable, but not every builder takes this level of care. We do.
